I hope they provide free labels to ship their products back otherwise they are going to lose sales on the internet as well. NYC sizing fluctuates too much between styles to accurately provide a comfortable online shopping experience.
I love New York and Company ❤️❤️❤️🎊
What kind of car is that?
I love ♥️🙈

I looked at these dresses online, and I think they are adorable. However, I will not buy any, because there are no garment dimensions provided for the description. I do not buy any dresses online without at least knowing the length, and I would prefer to know the width at the bust, waist, and hip as well. I recently read that you will be closing all your retail stores and convert to an online-only retailer. If this is a case, you should really provide clothing dimensions for all your descriptions. I know that I personally do not buy clothing online without this information.
They filed for BK. I think even online will close. Their quality and style has gone down, though.
So I went into the in Chandler...although they are closing their prices are sky high...and their clothes look items they couldn't sell before the pandemic...
Other retailers at least give a back neck to hem measurement. Macy’s will tell you ie that the model is 5’9”, wearing a S, and that on average it is mid-thigh, above knee, etc. Macy’s, JJILL, also day “true to size”, or “runs big, size down”. Shoppers DO need this info!! NY & Co, if you’re now going to be an online merchant, please ramp it up!!
Wow - people are making a big deal out of something they can return. Lol this is a moot point - New York & Company I love you and I will continue to support you! ❤️ I’ve been a loyal NY&Co shopper for years and plan to continue to support the brand! And while the it breaks my heart to see the stores closing - I truly prefer to shop online and of something is off I’ll return it. Not a big deal! 🤷🏼♀️
I stopped into one of the stores last weekend . The prices in the stores were MORE expensive than online and since the store is closing all sales are final . This is normally not an issue but due to Covid you can try anything on . So I left empty handed
I am a fan of these dresses❤️ I might have 10 or so in different colors and prints. My size M is always true to their size. It’s made of cotton- my favorite fabric, great for washing and so comfortable to wear❤️ I always get compliments when I wear them. What I like the most is the vibrant colors which do not wash out easily. I always buy them on sale and always online. The one on the picture is one of my favorites❤️❤️❤️
I am so bummed that the stores are closing!!

I was heartbroken yesterday when I went into my fav location and found out all stores are closing. I’m so sad :(
Don’t shop at their stores, they’re closing all of them. I went to exchange a pair of shorts I bought a couple weeks ago and that location was close. I called customer service and I was told by the RUDE CSR that they couldn’t help me 😡😡😡
Blue is a pretty color for the skirt.
So I'm at bowie md location say it open at 11 been sitting outside since 1050am and it's 1115 saw the lady go in so why it's not open 😒
Will they ever open stores again?
Some locations are closing forever
Why have you not updated your return policy for online orders on your website? It clearly states that orders can be returned at stores in person for a refund to your original payment method with a receipt, however when I went to the store I was informed that if I return it there that I would get a merchandise credit. A merchandise credit for a store that is going out of business and closing in 45 days does me no good. Then you charged me $5 to return it through the mail when that was the only OTHER way to get my money back. Just ridiculous!
